A crystal bowl sound healing session offers a serene and transformative experience using the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums and more! These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. The class typically begins with a brief introduction to sound healing, explaining the principles of how sound frequencies can affect the mind and body. Participants then lie down or sit comfortably, on mats or blankets, in a peaceful, dimly lit room. The practitioner gently strikes or rubs the crystal bowls, producing soothing, resonant tones that fill the space. As the sounds wash over you, they encourage deep relaxation, balance your energy centers, and create a meditative state. The session concludes with a period of quiet reflection, allowing you to fully absorb the calming effects of the sound bath. Whether you seek stress relief, emotional release, or spiritual growth, a sound healing bath offers a holistic approach to achieving harmony and balance in your life. A fee is charged for a distance over a 10 mile radius.

Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 9/26/2024 At Courageous Soul Healing, we value your commitment to the therapeutic process and understand that life can sometimes present unexpected challenges. To ensure that we can serve all our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full session using the payment method provided at booking. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show. • Should we need to reschedule with less than 24-hours’ notice, clients will not be charged any fees and will receive priority rebooking or a full refund if desired. How to Cancel: • To cancel or reschedule, please contact our office directly at jennifer@courageoussoulhealing.com. • We cannot accept cancellations via text or social media. Exceptions: • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. • We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances.
